The anaesthesia for videothorascopic operations
Anestézia pre videotorakoskopické operácie – benefit a riziko použitiadvojlúmenových endotracheálnych kanýl
V čase od 1993 – 1998 bolo v našom ústave urobených 500 videotorakoskopických operácií. V tomto súbore pacientov prezentujeme zmenyv cirkulačných a ventilačných parametroch, ku ktorým v priebehu výkonov došlo. Touto prácou chceme akcentovať bezpečnosť anestézie pri one-lungventilácii, ak je táto správne vedená.

Over the period of 1993 – 1998 500 operations was performed by videothoracoscopic method at our institute. We present ventilatory andhaemodynamical changes that occur during the procedures. By this article we want to emphasize the safety of one-lung anaesthesia, provide it iscorrectly managed.
